THE ALMANAC OF RAP
I tend to edit a lot of out the audio interviews in order to keep them at around 30 minutes so this week’s show includes a few of the leftovers from Masta Ace, Michael Holman and Jake One. It’s a really fun episode if you ask me and it moves pretty quickly.

NEWS
The big news is that Jay Z finally did this Yankee Stadium concert series and I watched it via bootleg IG live streams. I use the word watch very loosely because it was the most choppy stream imaginable. Overall though it was pretty enjoyable except for the part where he reminded everybody of exactly who is has been the entire time via a freestyle in defense of his Target partnership. He brought out a who’s who of guests tho including Beyonce, Pharrell, Clipse, Rihanna, Usher and many many more.
Aside from that there is entirely too much going on in Brooklyn and I am fighting for my life. This weekend alone aside from Jay Z and friends we had Summerstage with Bilal, GENA, and MIKE’s festival with a Yasiin Bey drop in; and that’s just in my neighborhood! It’s hectic!
So many concerts so little time and so much pain due to an extracted tooth.

Leon Thomas don’t miss. I just found out he was a Nickelodeon star. I still don’t know what show he was on but I just thought it was pretty interesting and supports my theory that Nickelodeon is blacker than Disney.
Jill be rapping her ass off. She just dropped this video with Tierra Whack for her song Norm Side and it’s wild that she can hang with Tierra on the bars. Don’t Sleep!
I haven’t said much about OME’s upcoming album with Kenny Segal and I’m posting the latest video to make penance for it. DOOMED dropping soon!
